Sunday October 11, 2009

Top of the afternoon to you,

We greet you in Divine love and our prayer is that you and your family are walking under an open heaven.

We began this Sunday with New Member's class at 9:00am and we started our Sunday School at 9:30am. The Sunday School lesson was Restored to Wholeness coming from Mark 5:1-13, 18-20. The lesson was a blessing. Our Banner attendance went to class #1 and our Banner offering went to the adult class!!

We had Baptism this morning with 2 souls going down in the liquid grave. We thank God for the Linwood Baptist Church and Pastor Marion Hester who allowed us to use their baptismal pool.
Service started promptly at 11:00am, now remember we just finished our Dunamis Conference "09" on Friday not and I must tell you that it was an awesome conference and Apostle Lionel Catchings of the Christ Temple of Atlanta Church was on time with the word from the Lord.
The reason I share with you about Dunamis is the fact when we started at the 11:00am hour church was full!!! Normally after revival folk are tired and stay home on Sunday but not at the New Beginning Church, we showed up and showed out.

Our Male Chorus was in charge of the song service. Thank you Brother Richard Harris for your dedication with the Male Chorus, we did an awesome job.(which means I sing with the Male Chorus)(Smiling)

The word for the house came from I Kings 8:10-11 and the subject as we continued the series of When the foundations be destroyed what can the righteous do?, was A Church that recognizes the Cause and Effect of the Glory!!! Listen when I tell you that the message was on time and awesome, if you were not there you missed a tremendous blessing!

The 1st point was there has to be structure(order). Its something about black folk that we don't let order. The 2nd point was there has to be prioritization, we have to learn to prioritize. The 3rd point was parallazation.

After service we took pictures for our Church Anniversary that will take place on Sunday October 25, 2009 at 4:00pm.

Winning the Lost at any Cost,

JD Johnson
